Freeman and Fox Podcast

We are all set and ready to witness an epic AFC Championship game this weekend . The iconic Peyton Manning and the Denver Bronco’s against the equally legendary Tom Brady and the defending Super Bowl champion New England Patriots.

Manning and Brady have faced off 16 times before, that actually equals a full season’s worth of battles between the two all time great quarterbacks whose careers it seems will forever be compared to each other. When we think of the great sports rivalries, Manning vs Brady has to be in the conversation just like Bird vs. Magic or Ali vs. Frazier . This weekend’s tilt though has a feeling of finality to it. Almost as if we are witnessing a battle of gladiators for the final time and for that we must appreciate this game.

The winner will seek further glory by continuing on to the biggest championship game of them all. The Super Bowl. The loser will hardly be an after thought because this rivalry is already historic, no matter how much the principals try to downplay it, we will discuss Manning and Brady for years to come. This Sunday’s AFC championship game is about more than just the Patriots vs Broncos. It is Manning vs Brady, one more time, for all the marbles. Listen now as The Sports Brothers Freeman & Fox are joined in this episode of the Freeman & Fox Podcast by ESPN’s Freddie Coleman as they discuss with great anticipation, Manning vs Brady and their place in history.
