Final- Bulls 93 Heat 97
Drama. The Miami Heat are not short of it game in and game out.
In a game that came down to missed free throws, inadvertent whistles and “clutch” talk, the Heat squeaked out a win versus the Bulls at the American Airlines Arena.
Lebron James led all players with 35 points for the Heat and Derrick Rose led the way for the Bulls with 34 and one sick dunk out of several. Dwyane Wade had 15 points on his second game back after sitting out for two weeks with an ankle sprain. Chris Bosh had a quiet 24 points and 12 rebounds on 8 of 14 shooting.
There was a playoff atmosphere in the Triple A as the game came down to the wire with Rose at the foul line. Rose missed both free throws as did James on his ensuing trip to the line.
After Mario Chalmers made one of two (free throws), Rose had another opportunity to score on ensuing possession, but missed a jumper from the foul line. Chris Bosh sealed the win on the foul line.
I don’t expect a great output Monday night against the New Orleans Hornets. This type of game versus the Bulls are the most physically and mentally draining.
