NBA Players and athletes in general pick real peculiar times to have news leak out. How do I mean you say?

Like how in the middle of the NBA Finals, Chris Bosh of the Miami Heat reveals that his home on North Bay Road is being put on the market.

Bosh told Ira Winderman of the Sun Sentinel

“Things change,” he said before the Heat practiced at the AT&T Center in preparation for Thursday’s Game 4 of theNBA Finals, with the Heat down 2-1 in the best-of-seven series. “It’s looking to see if another spot is open.”

When I first read this, his home invasion of a few months ago was the first thing that came to mind. I know if I was ever violated in that way, I’m not sure I would be able to be comfortable in a place I called home. But then again, I’m not a millionaire athlete, so I would probably have to suck it up and get guard dogs.

It’s bad enough that Bosh hasn’t been playing great in these playoffs, and that Heat fans have been calling for his head because of it. Now this revelation of his home being on the market as they near the end of the season? Not a good look in my opinion. He should have kept that to himself until July.
