Dolphins LB Koa Misi arrested on warrant

I never understand how famous people can have warrants. Not that it’s impossible or crazy, but if you’re relatively known and police know where you work and live, it’s kind of dumb trying to hide right?

Oh. Wait a minute. I did say famous people. Misi isn’t famous.

The arrest fulfilled a warrant issued out of Santa Barbara, California on charges of battery with serious injury, Broward Sheriff’s spokesman Jim Leljedal said.

This is probably the 2nd most exciting off season free agency move dealing with the Dolphins, after the Brandon Marshall trade.

Mike Vick PSA for animal cruelty (video)

I don’t know how I feel about this. It almost seems as other famous people who’ve committed crimes (all types) that are worst than what Mike did got off a lot easier. They did their time and were forgotten about.  I don’t see any anti fraud PSA’s from Martha Stewart. Has anyone filmed Bernie Madoff yet?

Is it because Vick plays football? Is it because this country puts more value over an animals life than a human being (see Trayvon Martin case)? And yes I’ll ask..is it because he’s black?

I hope that this and other things Mike Vick have done to rebuild his image and his past dealings are enough for people to leave him alone and for him to continue with his life.

5’9 James Justice destroys the NCAA Dunk Contest (video)

James Justice may as well enjoy his 15 minutes (if that much) of fame now. The going rate for any player below 6 foot to make the NBA is slim to none.

But at least he’ll go down in NCAA dunk contest history for this

and check out the slow mo gif

Nice!

SB HONEY- Jasmin Rand Attorney at Law

One of the attorneys handling the Trayvon Martin case is a cutie. Ms. Rand shows us in her classy way that you can work in the legal system and not be a middle aged white male in a cheap suit.
Let’s hope that this case comes out in the best fashion for Ms. Rand and company.

How to dunk without leaving the ground (video)

How? You have to be 7 foot 8 inches.

Paul “Tiny” Sturgess plays for the Harlem Globetrotters. I don’t know why this guy couldn’t find his way on some NBA roster. All he would have to do is stay under the basket all day.
